Overview

Sweep’s homepage is your central launch point for exploring your Salesforce metadata, visualizing processes, and running Sweep’s AI-powered use cases. From here, you can access the top navigation, run prompts, review monitoring insights, and begin interacting with the Agentic Layer.

Whether you’re analyzing a new org, performing cleanup work, troubleshooting, or planning a migration, the homepage gives you direct access to the tools and workflows you’ll use most often.

Understanding the Homepage Layout

When you log into Sweep, you land on a clean interface centered around a conversational search bar labeled:

“Ask your metadata anything.”

This is the starting point for:

  • Querying metadata

  • Running automated assessments

  • Accessing predefined use cases

  • Launching analysis workflows

This search bar connects directly to Sweep’s agents. You can type natural-language questions like:

  • “List all automations on Opportunity creation.”

  • “Show low-usage fields on the Contact object.”

  • “Summarize our Workflow Rules on Account and recommend a Flow migration plan.”

Below the search bar, you’ll find Sweep’s quick-access buttons for common prompts like Org Health, Process Intelligence, Org Analysis, Documentation, Field Cleanup, Troubleshooting, and more.

At the bottom, you’ll also see:

  • Monitoring X Agents – Y issues – a quick link into your Monitoring Agents and current findings

  • Generate Process Mining Maps – a shortcut to automatically visualize processes in Visual Workspace

The top navigation bar appears on every page and lets you move between Sweep’s core modules.

Visual Workspace

  • Map funnels and lifecycles (lead → opportunity → renewal, service flows, etc.)

  • See which fields, flows, and automations participate in each process

  • Prepare for optimization, migration, or redesign work

Impact Analysis

A structured, filterable table of your org’s metadata, including:

  • Objects & fields

  • Flows & Workflow Rules

  • Apex classes & triggers

  • Validation Rules

  • CPQ metadata (products, rules, templates)

Each item includes AI explanations, dependencies, references, and usage.

Agentic Layer

The central hub for Sweep’s agents:

  • Documentation Agent – explains metadata, logic, and dependencies

  • Monitoring Agents – continuously scan for risks and best-practice violations

  • Process Agents – analyze processes and suggest optimizations

You can create new agents, open existing ones, and chat with them here.

Environment Selector

The Prompt Library - Sweep’s Agentic Use Cases

The Prompt Library lives right below the homepage search bar. It’s a categorized collection of pre-built prompts that drive Sweep’s metadata agents.

Think of it as a cheat sheet of ready-to-run prompts that trigger Sweep’s specialized metadata analyses, without you needing to design prompts from scratch.

  • Org analysis

  • Technical debt cleanup

  • Troubleshooting

  • Field cleanup

  • Automation audits

  • CPQ assessments

  • Migration planning

  • Security reviews

  • CRM analytics

  • And more
