Logging In & Navigating Sweep

Objective

  • Create and verify your Sweep account

  • Connect your Salesforce environment

Steps

Sign Up

  • Open the “Welcome to Sweep!” verification email and click “Verify your Account.”

  • Choose the Salesforce environment to connect

    • Connect to Production (Unlock all features)

    • Try in Sandbox (Preview and explore)

  • Log in to Salesforce

  • Approve Sweep permissions

  • Complete Sweep onboarding information (including Full Name, Company Name, select your role, and choose what you want to focus on first).

  • Arrive on the Sweep Homepage

  • From there, your Sweep CSM will:

    • Connect the appropriate client Salesforce environments

    • Enable the Agentic Layer for your account and orgs

  • Once enabled, you’ll see:

    • Homepage – Quick entry points to Documentation, Visual Workspace, Agentic Layer, and Prompt Library

    • Environment Selector – Switch between client orgs and environments (Production, UAT, Dev, Sandboxes)

  • Your view should look as follows:

Connect Your Salesforce Environment

  • On the homepage, click the Environment Selector at the top right of your screen.

  • Click Manage Environments. On the Environments page, click the blue + Connect New button in the upper-right corner.

  • Decide which type of org to connect:

  • Select the environment type you want to connect:

    • Production

    • Sandbox

    • Development

  • Once selected, the “Continue” button will activate.

    • If not logged in, enter your Salesforce username and password.

  • Sweep begins scanning your org’s metadata. You can monitor the progress in the top bar and will receive an email once complete.
