Sweep now allows a single user to manage and access multiple accounts under the same email address. This makes it easier to work across different accounts without creating separate logins.
This guide walks you through how multi-account access works, how to switch between accounts, how to create a new one, and what to do if someone invites you to an account you don’t own yet.
Where to See Your Current Account
You can always see which account you're currently in by opening the user dropdown at the top-right corner of Sweep.
In the dropdown, you’ll see:
Your email
The active account name (e.g., Best org)
A Switch account option
Switching Between Accounts
When you click the Switch account, a popup will show all accounts associated with your email.
From here, you can:
Select an existing account to switch into
Create a new account
Disable an existing account
Simply click the account name, and Sweep will take you directly into that account’s workspace.
Creating a New Account
If you want to add another Sweep account under the same login, click New Account inside the account-switch popup.
After completing this short form, Sweep will automatically create the new account and take you directly into it.
Working With Multiple Accounts
Once you have more than one account, the Switch Account popup will display all of them.
You can toggle between accounts at any time, without logging out.
Default Account Behavior
Sweep will automatically open the last account you accessed the next time you log in.
You can always switch manually if needed.
Managing or Disabling Accounts
If you click the three-dot menu next to an account, you may see administrative options such as Disable account (depending on your permissions).
This can be useful if:
You no longer need an account
A test environment is being retired
You want to clean up unused accounts
If You Are Invited to Another Account
If another Sweep user invites you to an additional account:
✔ Make sure you log in with the SAME email you used for your existing Sweep account.
✘ Do not try to sign up again - the system will not allow it because an account already exists under your email.
Once you accept the invitation, the new account will appear in your Switch account list automatically.
