Objective
Learn how to create and configure a Process Agent to uncover inefficiencies in business workflows, evaluate process bottlenecks, and receive actionable recommendations for improving your Salesforce operations.
What It Is
Sweep’s Process Agent identifies inefficiencies and bottlenecks across your Salesforce workflows. It connects metadata, automations, and data to reveal where leads, opportunities, or renewals slow down and helps you make measurable improvements.
It works across any mapped process in Sweep’s Visual Workspace, providing both a process-level view and targeted recommendations for improvement.

How to Use the Process Agent
There are two main entry points for launching a Process Agent in Sweep:
Option 1: From the Agentic Layer
Open the Agentic Layer
From the top navigation bar, click Agentic Layer to open your Agentic Center.
Create new Process Agent
Click + Create New → Process.
You’ll see a gallery of existing process visualizations (e.g., Lead Business Process Map, Opportunity Lifecycle Map, Renewal Process Map).
Select a process to optimize
Choose the process you want to analyze or create a New Process Visualization if you want to start from scratch.
Highlight your focus area
Once the process opens, highlight the funnel or process segment (e.g., Inbound Funnel or Pipeline Management) you want to optimize and click Launch Agent.
Name and personalize your agent
Add a descriptive name (e.g., Inbound Funnel Optimization).
Then add instructions to focus your agent’s analysis, for example:
“Focus on conversion from MQL → Demo Booked. Keep answers concise and include data-backed recommendations.”
Click Create Agent.
Engage with the agent
Once created, you can chat with the agent directly or use quick actions such as:
Highlight process optimization opportunities
Describe the process playbook
Option 2: From the Visual Workspace
Go to your Visual Workspace and click New Agent from the top bar.
Highlight the area to optimize
Drag to highlight the section or funnel you want to analyze (e.g., Inbound Funnel or Renewal Process), then click Launch Agent.
Name and add instructions
Give the agent a name and add targeted guidance to shape its analysis. Example:
“Focus on identifying bottlenecks in lead qualification. Recommend automation changes to improve conversion rates.”
Engage with the agent
Once activated, your Process Agent becomes interactive. You can prompt it to generate insights, summarize process playbooks, or highlight inefficiencies.
Open-Ended Prompts
“Show me where leads get stuck in the Inbound Funnel.”
“What automations could reduce manual qualification steps?”
“Compare current funnel efficiency with last quarter.”
