Suggest Alerts & Notifications (Opportunity)
Review the metadata behind the Opportunity process. Based on existing
Flows, field updates, and validation rules, suggest additional alerts
or notifications that could improve visibility and responsiveness
during the sales cycle.
Sales Methodology Implementation Planning
Based on the current Opportunity metadata, generate a plan to align
the process with a sales methodology like MEDDIC or SPICED. Suggest
necessary fields, stage structure, validation rules, or automation
to support it.
Process Reinforcement Recommendations (Lead)
Analyze the Lead process metadata and recommend ways to reinforce
consistent behavior β e.g. validation rule improvements, entry/exit
conditions, or missed automation touchpoints.
Stage Milestone Enhancements (Opportunity)
Review the Opportunity stage progression and suggest additional
stage-specific actions (e.g. task creation, ownership handoffs,
field requirements) that could make the process more reliable and
trackable.
