Inventory Mapping
Generate an inventory of all Wave metadata types in the org
(Wave Dashboard, Wave Recipe and others) including the count of
elements for each type.
List of Dashboards (works with any Wave type)
Create a list WaveDashboard elements with last update date, and
last updated by information.
Specific Dashboard Analysis
For <Dashboard name> Wave dashboard, provide an analysis covering:
Overall dashboard structure — layout, sections, and key navigation elements
Datasets used — include dataset names, descriptions (use a table)
Filters applied — include filter name, type, and default values
(use a table)
Widgets included — include widget type, title, associated dataset,
and purpose (use a table)
Present the findings in a clear, structured format with bullet points
for narrative descriptions and tables for detailed lists.
