Reconnecting a Sweep Org

Sandbox refresh or changing a connected user

Occasionally a Salesforce org will have its connection to Sweep disconnected - usually from a Sandbox refresh. See the below steps to re-establish the connection between Sweep and your org.

  1. Sign in to the Salesforce environment you want to reconnect

  2. Log In to Sweep

  3. Click the environment selector on the top right hand side of your window

  4. Click Manage Environments
    ​

    1. Disconnected:
      ​

    2. Change Connected User: Click the three dots option next to the relevant environment and click Reconnect
      ​

  5. Finish connection flow
    ​
