1. Managing Campaign Member Statuses
Access the Campaign Member Status Tab.
View existing statuses for each campaign.
Create new statuses if needed.
Adjust the Default and Responded checkboxes based on your workflow.
Status Types:
Default: Automatically assigned to new members.
Responded: Indicates engagement for better tracking.
2. Creating Enrollment Rules
Open the Enrollment Rule Tab.
Create rules to automatically enroll HubSpot contacts into Salesforce campaigns.
Enrollment Triggers:
When an event occurs:
Ad Interaction: Track engagements with ads.
Form Submission: Enroll contacts who submit HubSpot forms.
Email Reply: Trigger enrollment when a contact replies to an email.
When filter criteria is met:
Object Field: Enroll based on specific field values.
Marketing Interaction: Trigger from various marketing activities.
List Membership: Automatically enroll contacts when they join a HubSpot list.
Setting Campaign Member Status:
After selecting the trigger, choose the appropriate Campaign Member Status.
Deploy the rule to activate automatic enrollment.
