Configuring Enrollment Rules and Campaign Member Statuses

1. Managing Campaign Member Statuses

  • Access the Campaign Member Status Tab.

  • View existing statuses for each campaign.

  • Create new statuses if needed.

  • Adjust the Default and Responded checkboxes based on your workflow.

Status Types:

  • Default: Automatically assigned to new members.

  • Responded: Indicates engagement for better tracking.

2. Creating Enrollment Rules

  • Open the Enrollment Rule Tab.

  • Create rules to automatically enroll HubSpot contacts into Salesforce campaigns.

Enrollment Triggers:

  1. When an event occurs:

    • Ad Interaction: Track engagements with ads.

    • Form Submission: Enroll contacts who submit HubSpot forms.

    • Email Reply: Trigger enrollment when a contact replies to an email.

  2. When filter criteria is met:

    • Object Field: Enroll based on specific field values.

    • Marketing Interaction: Trigger from various marketing activities.

    • List Membership: Automatically enroll contacts when they join a HubSpot list.

Setting Campaign Member Status:

  • After selecting the trigger, choose the appropriate Campaign Member Status.

  • Deploy the rule to activate automatic enrollment.
