Setting Up and Managing Campaigns

1. Connect to HubSpot Production Environment

  • Navigate to the Marketing Attribution section in Sweep.

  • Follow the instructions on the screen to connect to your HubSpot production environment.

  • On the canvas, your lifecycle stage funnel will be displayed and on the left tab you'll see a list of all your Salesforce campaigns.

Note: Salesforce production environment must be connected for the integration to work.

2. Edit Existing Campaigns

  • Select a campaign from the list.

  • Modify data, add fields, activate or deactivate the campaign.

  • Click Deploy to apply the changes.

3. Create a New Campaign

  • Click New Campaign.

  • Configure the campaign details.

  • Add necessary form fields and deploy the campaign.

5. Duplicating Campaign Forms

  • Click Duplicate to create a copy.

  • Modify the form if needed and deploy the duplicated version.
