Activate Reporting Packages

This article explains how to activate the Reporting Packages with the Data Management plugin.

  1. Go to the Funnel Editor with the desired funnel(s)

  2. Click the Templates icon and go to the Plugins tab

  3. Select the Data Management plugin and drag it over to the funnel
    ​

  4. Toggle the requested attributes:

    1. Track velocity and duration:

      1. Duration of the record in a specific step

      2. Date & Time of the first time the record entered the step

      3. Date & Time of the last time the record entered the step

    2. By Role: Adding the Role of the user who moved the record to the step

    3. By User: Adding the user who moved the record to the step
      ​

  5. Deploy the funnel

  6. Go to the Reporting tab and Activate the requested packages

  7. Corresponding folders with the Dashboards and Reports will be created in Salesforce
    ​


    Note: If you first activated the reporting packages without having a Data Management plugin deployed you might need to deactivate the package and activate again
    ​

  8. When steps of the funnel will be added/removed the reports would update automatically
    ​
