The Compare & Deploy Center uses sync statuses to help you track the alignment of configurations across environments. These statuses indicate whether configurations in Sweep are up-to-date and consistent between environments, making it easy to spot any that need deployment or updates.

Sync Statuses

  • Not Deployed: The configuration is present in the main environment but has not been deployed to the destination environment.

  • Version Mismatch: The configuration exists in both environments but is not fully synced. This status indicates that one environment has a newer or older version, and it may require deployment to align.

  • Fully Synced: The configuration versions match exactly between environments, confirming they are completely aligned.

Previewing Version Differences

For configurations with a Version Mismatch status, you can preview the differences before deploying. This visual diff view displays modifications line-by-line, similar to GitHub’s view, allowing you to see added, removed, or changed code and configuration details. Reviewing these differences ensures accuracy before any deployment, helping prevent accidental overwrites or misalignment.
