Accessing the Change Feed tab in Sweep is simple and provides a comprehensive view of recent configuration changes in your Salesforce instance.

Key Information in the Change Feed

  1. Environment and User Information: Each change in the feed is associated with the specific Salesforce environment, the date of the change, the user responsible, and the action taken.

  2. Action: detailed information about the change that was performed.

  3. Sections Tracked: Changes are categorized by section, such as Apex classes, triggers, field history tracking, and permission sets, allowing you to pinpoint changes by type.

Using Filters and Sorting

  • Filtering: Apply filters to view changes by user, action type, or section, making it easier to locate specific adjustments or track activity by particular users.

  • Sorting: Sort by date, user, or other fields to analyze trends in configuration changes over time.

By default, the Change Feed displays data from the past 28 days, but Sweep stores up to full 12 months of change history, allowing you to adjust the view as needed.
