The Funnel Editor canvas in Sweep provides an interactive view of your Salesforce configurations, allowing you to visualize and manage business processes with ease.
Key Navigation Features
Viewing Funnels and Record Types: Each funnel on the canvas represents a business process mapped to a specific Salesforce record type, such as Leads, Opportunities, or Cases. The canvas displays the record type name and associated object for clarity.
Stages and Process Mapping: Each stage within a funnel corresponds to a picklist value for a field representing the process. For example:
Lead Status for leads
Opportunity Stage for opportunities
Case Status for cases
You can also select other fields or objects to represent different business processes as needed.
Zoom Controls: Use the controls at the bottom-right to zoom in or out on the canvas, helping you view processes in detail or from a broader perspective.
Multi-Funnel View: The canvas allows you to visualize multiple funnels simultaneously, making it easy to compare and manage different business processes side by side.
Interacting with Funnels and Stages
Clicking on Record Types: Selecting a specific record type on the canvas reveals the configurations for that funnel within Sweep. This provides insight into how each process is set up and managed.
Viewing Stage Settings: Clicking on an individual stage displays its specific configurations and settings within Sweep, allowing you to review and adjust as needed.
Editing Gates Between Stages: Selecting the line connecting two stages opens options to edit gates, which are conditions that dictate when a record can move from one stage to another. Gates can be set to move records automatically based on Salesforce field values or require user approval for added control.
