How to Update the Up Next Member of a Sweep Assignment Group

Occasionally you will need to update the person who receives the next record in an Assignment Group manually.

In order to do this, follow the below steps:

  1. ​​Log into Salesforce

  2. Go to the object Sweep Assignment Group

  3. Click the relevant group

  4. On the record, there is a field called up next member - this is a lookup to a user in Sweep and Salesforce

  5. You can see each group member and their AGM (Assignment Group Member) name on the related tap

  6. Edit the “Up next member” field
