How to Invite a User to Sweep

In order to invite a new user to Sweep follow this video or the below steps

  1. Click your emoji/picture in the top right hand corner
    ​


    ​

  2. Click “Workspace”
    ​


    ​

  3. Enter the email address of the invitee
    ​


    ​

  4. Select the appropriate level of permissions for the user

    1. Viewers - can see Funnels, Gates, Automations, Alerts and Assignments. Can comment on Canvas. Can manage users in routing groups

    2. Alert Managers - All permissions of Viewers, plus the ability to build and deploy alerts (Slack and email alerts)

    3. Collaborators - All permissions of Alert Managers, plus the ability to build and request deployment of (but not deploy), Funnels, Gates, Automations, Alerts and Assignments

    4. Admin: the ability to see, build, edit, and deploy all aspects of the Sweep platform

  5. Click Invite
