Sweep creates a log for all actions it completes in your Salesforce org, and stores it in your Salesforce so you can review and assess any behavior taking place in your org. However, this creates a lot of records in Salesforce, and In order to avoid impacting storage limits, Sweep will erase these records after a set period of time. In order to define the length of time Sweep stores these records, please follow the below steps:
In Salesforce, click the AppLauncher (9 Dots) in the top left hand corner
Search and click Sweep Settings
Under “General Settings” configure the “number of days to save Sweep Logs”
